Several documents, following approval by the University of Illinois Board of Trustees, provide information about the campus, its employees and its operations.
- Academic Personnel (Gray Book), which gives employment information for those working on all three campuses and University Administration.
- Budget resources, including the Budget Request for Operating and Capital Funds and Budget Summary for Operations.
- Commercial Contracts, with details on procurement from the Office of Business and Financial Services (OBFS).
- Training and Evaluation provides information about the Board, president, and chancellors to the public as required by Illinois state law.
